    List of Ingredients


    • 1 rolled pork loin roast, 4 to 5 lbs.
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 8oz. can whole cranberries
    • 1 can jellied cranberry
    • 3/4 cup apple juice
    • 1 tablespoon corn starch
    • 2 tablespoon cold water


    Instructions


    1. Rub roast with salt.
    2. Place on rack in shallow pan
    3. Poast at 325 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, spoon on cranberry glaze during the last 45 minutes.
    4. CRANBERRY GLAZE: in small saucepan combine cranberry sauce apple juice and jellied cranberry, bring to a boil,
    5. reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    6. Combine corn starch and water, stir into cranberry sauce mixture, cook and stir until thickens and bubbles.
