List of Ingredients



• 2 cups sifted flour
  
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  
• 1 1/2 teasppons salt
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
  
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  
• 1 cup shortening
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 cup mashed bananas (2 to 3)
  
• 2 cups quick or old fashioned oats (uncooked)
  






Instructions



1. Sift together flour, spices, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar
   
2. Add shortening, and mashed bananas and eggs.
   
3. Fold in oats
   
4. drop by teaspoon on a well greased cookie sheet
   
5. Bake for 10 -12 minutes in oven preheated to 375
   
6. Makes 4 dozen
