    CORN STUFFED PORK CHOPS

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pork chops 1 1/4 inches thick
    • 1 12oz can whole kernel corn
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 2 tablespoons melted butter
    • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup chopped celery
    • 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento


    Instructions


    1. Have a pocket cut into pork chops
    2. combine remaining ingredients
    3. fill the chops but do not over fill
    4. fasten closed with toothpicks
    5. dredge in mixture of flour and paprika
    6. brown i n 2 tablespoons fo hot fat
    7. add 1/4 cup of water
