CORN STUFFED PORK CHOPS

List of Ingredients
- 6 pork chops 1 1/4 inches thick
- 1 12oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
Instructions
- Have a pocket cut into pork chops
- combine remaining ingredients
- fill the chops but do not over fill
- fasten closed with toothpicks
- dredge in mixture of flour and paprika
- brown i n 2 tablespoons fo hot fat
- add 1/4 cup of water
