HOT FISHSTICK ROLLS WITH EXCELL SAUCE

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup milk
- 1 pkg. frozen fried fishsticks
- Excell Sauce
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Add poultry seasoning to your biscuit mix.
- Add milk
- Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut in 2 by 4 inch pieces
- Wrap around a frozen fishstick
- Place in a shallow pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 450 until golden
- Excell Sauce
- combine soup and milk in saucepan
- stir in grated onion, lemon juice and parsley
- Serve hot over fishstick rolls.
Final Comments
1 package of fishsticks will make 10 rolls. Allow 2 for each serving
