    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
    • 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350
    2. Cream flour, butter and confectioners sugar.
    3. Press evenly into bottom of ungreased 9x9x2 or 8x8x2 pan.
    4. Bake 20 minutes
    5. Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy. about 3 minutes
    6. Pour over hot crust and bake about 25 minutes longer or until no imprints remains when touched lightly in center.
    7. Cool and cut into 2" squares makes 16
