List of Ingredients



• 2 egg whites
  
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
  
• 2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  
• 1teaspoon vinegar
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  
• 1 1/2 cups pecans halves or broken
  






Instructions



1. in mixing bowl beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form
   
2. gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla and continue beating until very stiff
   
3. fold in pecans
   
4. drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheets.
   
5. bake at 300 for 15 - 20 minutes or until firm
   
6. COOKIES SHOULD REMAIN LIGHT COLORED
   
7. Cool on racks
   
8. makes about 3 1/2 dozen small cookies
