    EASY SPINACH LASAGNA

    List of Ingredients


    • 13 x 9 pan
    • 1 container of ricotta cheese (15 oz)
    • 2 packages frozen chopped spinach (10 oz) thawed and squeezed dry
    • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, divided
    • 1 egg
    • 2 jars (28 oz) pasta sauce
    • 3/4 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
    • 1/2 pound sausage, cooked and drained
    • 12 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
    • 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 375
    2. Combine ricotta cheese, spinach, 1 cup parmesan cheese and egg in a large bowl. Set aside.
    3. Comine pasta sauce, ground beef and sausage in another bowl. Spread 2 cups of meat sauce in a pan.
    4. Arrange 3 noodles over sauce in a single layer.
    5. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of ricotta mixture over noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
    6. Repeat layering process two times.
    7. Arrange last 3 noodles and parmesan cheese on top.
    8. Place on cookie sheet.
    9. Bake 55 to 65 minutes until sauce is hot and bubbly.
    10. Use supporting cookie sheet to remve pan from oven all pan to cool several minutes on cookie sheets before lifting pan by handles.
    11. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
