    PREPARATIONS TIME : 2 HOURS AND 25 MINUTES


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1/2 pound pork sauage
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 3/4 cup chopped onions
    • 1 pound of can tomatoes
    • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon each- marjoran, thyme, oregano, and basil
    • 1 1/2 cups cubed Mozzarella cheese
    • 1 1/2 pound Ricotta cheese
    • 8 ounce Package lasagna noodles cooked


    Instructions


    1. Brown ground beef and sauage, garlic and onions in a large saucepan. Drain off all fat.
    2. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, parsley, sugar, and spices.
    3. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour or until sauce is the consistency of spaghetti sauce.
    4. Heat oven to 350.
    5. Pour 1/2 cup sauce into baking pan and alternate with layers of noodles, grated cheese, mozzarella spoonfuls of ricotta cheese, tomato sauce untill all ingredients are used.
    6. top layer should be sauce and grated cheese.
    7. Bake 1 hour
    8. serves 8 to 10
