    FROZEN FRUIT SALAD

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
    • 2 medium bananas, peeled and finely chopped
    • 1(20 ounce) can crushed pineapple drained
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 (10 ounce) jars maraschino cherries
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 dash salt
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. in a large bowl, combine sour cream, bananas, pineapple, sugar, cherries, lemon juice, salt and pecans.
    2. Spoon into a 13x9x2 glass pan
    3. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight, let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
    4. Yields 8 servings
