    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 1 head Iceberg torn into small pieces
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 1 (8oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    • 2 cups mayonnaise
    • 2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 1 large tomato, chopped
    • 1 (16oz) package of frozen peas, thawed


    Instructions


    1. Place eggs in a large saucepan and completely cover with water.
    2. Bring to a boil.
    3. Cover and reomove from heat.
    4. let stand for 12 minutes
    5. remove eggs and chill.
    6. in a 9x13 inch dish layer the lettuce, onion, water chestnuts and peas.
    7. In a meduim bowl combine the mayonnaise, sugar, seasoned salt and garlic powder.
    8. Mix until smooth.
    9. Spread over the top of the peas.
    10. Cover and refrierate overnight.
    11. Peel and chop hard cooked eggs.
    12. Remove sald fro refrigerator and top with the bacon, eggs and tomato. SERVE
    13. MAKES 8 SERVINGS.
