    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound ground chuck
    • 2 quarts of water
    • 2 large potatoes (diced)
    • 1 large onion (chopped)
    • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
    • 2 small cans of Tomato sauce
    • salt & pepper to taste
    • beef bouillon to taste
    • 1 tablespoon rice (rinsed)
    • 1 can green beans
    • 1 can corn (whole)
    • 1 can peas
    • 1 can carrots (or I use fresh 1 cup)


    Instructions


    1. In a kettle brown meat, then drain
    2. Add water and boil for 30 minutes,
    3. gradually add vegetables, starting with onions, carrots, and celery.
    4. now add the remaining veggies, rice and tomato sauce.
    5. Season to taste.
    6. Cook until tender, about an hour, serve hot.
