This recipe is for the Thai Ribs similar to those served at Zea's in the New Orleans area.
List of Ingredients
1 rack slow-roasted ribs
Soy sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce (I get this at a Chinese food mart)
Fresh basil
Cilantro
Scallions
Toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
Slow roast your ribs (wrapped in tin foil) at about 200 degrees for about 2 hours.
Then on a grill, cook the ribs bone side down until the underside is seared and the bones
are sizzling. Brush soy sauce over ribs while on grill. Flip ribs and cook
until score marks appear. Flip the ribs back to the bone side and glaze
with sweet chili sauce. Cut the ribs and garnish with herbs and sesame
seeds.
