    List of Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup butter or oleo
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 3 cups flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon of each :all spice, cinnamon, nutmeg
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • small jar of each:cherry perserves,apricot and pineapple
    • 1 cup pecans
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter,sugar and eggs together
    2. Sift together:flour and spices
    3. Alternaly add the dry ingredients and buttermilk to which 1 teaspoon of baking soda has been added to the creamed mixture
    4. Add the perserves,pecans and vanilla
    5. Bake 1 hour in loaf pan that has been greased and floured. Cool 15 min.before removing form pan
    6. This must be baked at the tempture or it will fall in the middle
