    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound lean steak
    • 2 tablespoon salad oil
    • 1/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon ginger
    • 10 oz. frozen caulifower flowerettes
    • 1/4 cup green pepper
    • 2 tablespoon corn starch
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 1/4 cup beef broth
    • 1 can (4 oz) small mushrooms
    • 4 medium scallions (cut diagonal)


    Instructions


    1. Cut lean steak in 1/2 inch cubes
    2. Brown in oil,turning to brown evenly.
    3. Add garlic powder, ginger,soy sauce.
    4. Stir to coat meat
    5. Add caulifower and green pepper
    6. Cover and cook for 4 minutes over low heat,until vegetables are barely tender
    7. In small bowl blend corn starch,sugar and beef broth
    8. Add to meat mixture with mushrooms
    9. Add scallions.
    10. Raise heat and cook until sauce thickens.
    11. Serve over fluffy rice.
