    Pineapple Cheese Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1 cup cubed Velvetta cheese
    1 cup minature marshmallow

    Dressing:
    Pineapple juice
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tablespoon flour

    Recipe



    Combine juice, sugar, egg, and flour in saucepan, stir well. Put on heat, stirring until thick and bubbly. Cool; add pineapple chunks, cheese and marshmallows. Cool. then serve
