Chili Mac Skillet

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can ( 14 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can ( 15 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can ( 4 oz.) green chilies, drained
- 3/4 cup dried elbow macaroni
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 cup water
- cumin to taste (Optional)
Instructions
- Cook beef, drain. Stir in rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 12-15 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Sprinkle each serving with cheese if desired.
