    6 CHICKEN BREAST, SKINLESS BONELESS
    3/4 CUP KETCHUP
    1/2 TO 3/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    1/2 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
    3 TBS. WORCESTERSHIRE
    2 CLOVES OF MINCED GARLIC FROM A JAR
    DASH OF TOBASCO OR 1/4 TSP. ASIAN CHILI PASTE
    1 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS
    1 GREEN PEPPER IN LARGE CHUNKS
    2 STALKS OF CHOPPED CELERY (OPT)

    TO BE ADDED LATER:
    1 CAN OF PINEAPPLE TIDBITS IN JUICE (LARGE OR SMALL CAN)
    *CORNSTARCH OR QUICK TAPIOCA

    MIX SAUCE INGREDIENTS AND POUR OVER ALL.
    COOK ON LOW 6 TO 8 HOURS.
    ADD PINEAPPLE LAST HALF HOUR WHILE YOU PREPARE THE RICE WHICH YOU WILL SERVE WITH IT.

    *FOR THICKENING, YOU MAY ADD 2 TBL. TAPIOCA AT THE START. OR, THE LAST HALF HOUR CHANGE TEMP. TO HIGH,REMOVE ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF THE SAUCE TO A MEASURING CUP BEFORE YOU ADD THE PINEAPPLE. LET IT COOL DOWN A FEW MINUTES AND MIX IN 2 HEAPING TBLS. CORNSTARCH. STIR MIXTURE INTO POT WITH A FORK.
    REPLACE COVER AND COOK ON HIGH WHILE RICE COOKS.
