    List of Ingredients

One rack of baby back ribs
    Salt
One bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce

    Recipe

Remove the membrane from the back of the rack of ribs. Place the ribs on a rimmed baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Lightly salt both sides of the ribs. Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce on the bone side and place it down on your pan. Now, brush a generous amount of barbecue sauce on top of the ribs. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake for 30 minutes. Without opening the oven door, reduce the heat on your oven to 325° and continue baking for three hours.

Remove ribs from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, and cover the ribs with a very generous amount of barbecue sauce. Turn on the broiler element in your oven and place the ribs uncovered under the broiler for approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until the barbecue sauce is bubbling and caramelized. Serve while hot.
