    Boneless skinless chicken breast or any pieces you want
    2 cups chicken broth
    2 cups uncooked white rice
    2 cans (10.5) cream of potato soup
    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350

    In a medium bowl combine the chicken broth, rice, and seasoned salt. Mix well.

    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken pieces.

    Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 90 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 30 minutes.

    Uncover the dish and bake for another 15 minutes or so to allow the rice to brown.
