    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup oil
    2 tablespoons cold milk

    Recipe

    1. Measure flour, sugar and salt into an 8- or 9-inch pie plate and whisk to blend.

    2. Beat oil with milk and pour over the flour mixture.

    3. Use a fork to mix just enough to moisten the flour, then press into bottom and sides of pie plate.

    4. Use the tines of the fork to press into the top to form an edge.

    5. If baking without filling, prick all over with a fork and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

    6. If using for a fill-and-bake pie, follow pie-recipe directions.
