- 1 POUND SKINLESS, BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS POULTRY SEASONING
- 1/4 TEASPOON PEPPER
- 1 TUBE (10 OUNCE) BISCUITS
Instructions
- iN A LARGE FRYING PAN, COMBINE CHICKEN BROTH AND VEGGIE'S.
- BRING TO A BOIL
- CUT CHICKEN IN TO SMALL CHUNKS
- ADD POULTRY SEASONING AND PEPPER
- ADD TO BROTH
- PEEL OFF 8 ROUNDS OF BISCUITS AND PLACE ON TOP OF SIMMERING CHICKEN
- REDUCE HEAT, COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL BISCUITS RISE.
