    Sour Cream Coffee Cake

    This is a very moist delicious bundt cake that doesn't last very long in our house.

    List of Ingredients




    1C butter or margarine
    1½C sugar
    2 eggs
    1C sour cream
    1tsp vanilla

    Sift together
    2C flour
    1tsp baking powder
    ½tsp baking soda

    Combine in small bowl
    ½C sugar
    1TBS cinnamon or to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°

    Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla. Stir in sifted flour mixture.

    In a large bundt pan that has been greased and floured spoon half of the batter into pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of cinnamon mixture over the batter. Add remaining batter, top with rest of cinnamon mixture, pressing lightly into batter. Bake for 50-60 min or until tests done. Cool in pan at least 20 min.
