    List of Ingredients


    • 3 lb. pork any cut (I prefer loin)
    • 1/4 tsp. minced ginger
    • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup soya sauce
    • 1/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Trim any fat off meat

    2. Place in crockpot

    3. In a small bowl mix all the ingredience and pour over meat

    4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours
