    Teriyaki Stir Fry

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. strip beef
    • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
    • 2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    • 1 onion, thinly sliced
    • 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
    • 1 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp. cold water
    • 1 cup bean sprouts
    • 8 oz. water chestnuts
    • 2 tbsp. oil


    Instructions


    1. Marinade meat in 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes

    2. Remove beef and reserve the marinade

    3. In a wok stir fry beef in oil, remove and set aside

    4. Add vegetables to wok and stir fry for 2-3 minutes

    5. Blend cornstarch and water and stir into marinade

    6. Add marinade and been sprouts to wok and stir well

    7. Add water chestnuts and beef to wok

    8. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens
