Rigatoni Carbonara

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. rigatoni
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 2 tbs. bytter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 oz. prosciutto, diced (regular bacon also works)
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a pan heat oil and butter
- Add prosciutte and cook a few minutes
- Add cooked rigatoni and mix
- In a bowl mix eggs, red pepper flakes, salt and 1/4 cheese and mix
- Pour rigantoni over egg mixture and mix
- Add 1/4 cup cheese and mix again
