    • MARINADE:
    • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    • 1 tsp. pepper
    • SAUCE:
    • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup chicken broth
    • 1 tbsp. white cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 2 shallots, chopped diagonally
    • BALANCE OF INGREDIENTS:
    • 1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp. grated ginger
    • 2 lb. chicken wings


    Instructions


    1. Marinade chicken for at least 3/4 hour
    2. Heat oil in wok
    3. Add ginger and chilli peppers flakes
    4. Brown chicken wings
    5. Add sauce
    6. Cover and braise on low heat for about 20 minutes
