- 1 lb. cokked penny's
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 6 shallots, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 7 oz. can tuna
Instructions
- Cook pasta as directed
- Add balance of ingredients, adjust oil
- Toss and serve
