    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 1 CUP SUGAR
    • 1 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
    • 1/2 TSP SODA
    • 1/4 CUP SHORTENING
    • 1 TSP GRATED ORANGE PEEL
    • 3/4 CUPS ORANGE JUICE
    • 1 WELL BEATEN EGG
    • 1 CUP FRESH CRANBERRIES CHOPPED
    • 1/2 CUP NUTS


    Instructions


    1. SIFT TOGETHER THE DRY INGREDIENTS.
    2. CUT IN THE SHORTENING
    3. COMBINE PEEL, JUICE AND EGG
    4. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS, MIXING JUST ENOUGH TO MOISTEN
    5. FOLD INTO BERRIES AND NUTS
    6. TURN INTO A 9X5X3 INCH PAN.
    7. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 60 MINUTES
    8. WRAP AND STORE OVERNIGHT
