    • 10 CUPS UNSIFTED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
    • 2 LBS OF LARD
    • 1 TBSP OF SALT
    • 2 EGGS BEATEN
    • 2 TBSP VINEGAR


    Instructions


    1. CUT THE LARD INTO THE FLOUR AND SALT
    2. BEAT THE 2 EGGS IN A 16 OZ MEASURING CUP WITH THE VINEGAR
    3. FILL THE MEASURING CUP WITH COLD WATER AND ADD TO THE FLOUR AND LARD
    4. WORK ONTO IT IS SMOOTH AND PLIABLE
