    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 CUP SOFT BUTTER
    • 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
    • 1 TSP VANILLA
    • 1 1/2 CUPS MONARCH PASTRY FLOUR
    • 1 CUP ( WELL DRAINED ) CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
    • 1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
    • 3/4 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
    • 1 EGG WELL BEATEN
    • 1 TSP VANILLA
    • 1 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT


    Instructions


    1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES
    2. CREAM THE BUTTER
    3. BLEND IN THE BROWN SUGAR
    4. ADD THE VANILLA AND THE FLOUR
    5. PAT EVENLY IN UNGREASED 9X9 PAN
    6. BAKE UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED ( 15 MIN )
    7. REMOVE FROM THE OVEN AND SPREAD WITH THE PINEAPPLE
    8. COMBINE THE BUTTER, SUGAR, EGG, VANILLA AND COCONUT
    9. BAKE 30 MINUTES
    10. COOL IN THE PAN AND CUT IN SQUARES
