- 1 TIN MUSHROOM PIECES
- 1 OR 2 CANS MUSHROOM SOUP
- 1 LARGE ONION
- CHICKEN BOULLION
- SOYA SAUCE
Instructions
- DEBONE AND SKIN CHICKEN BREASTS AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
- PUT RICE IN A CASSEROLE DISH
- SPRINKLE SOYA SAUCE ON THE RICE
- BROWN CHICKEN IN BUTTERED HOT FRY PAN AND PLACE OVER RICE
- BROWN ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS IN A PAN AND STIR IN SOUP TILL IT BUBBLES
- POUR OVER CHICKEN AND RICE
- BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
