    • 2 CUPS COOKED RICE
    • 4-5 CHICKEN BREASTS
    • 1 TIN MUSHROOM PIECES
    • 1 OR 2 CANS MUSHROOM SOUP
    • 1 LARGE ONION
    • CHICKEN BOULLION
    • SOYA SAUCE


    Instructions


    1. DEBONE AND SKIN CHICKEN BREASTS AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES
    2. PUT RICE IN A CASSEROLE DISH
    3. SPRINKLE SOYA SAUCE ON THE RICE
    4. BROWN CHICKEN IN BUTTERED HOT FRY PAN AND PLACE OVER RICE
    5. BROWN ONIONS AND MUSHROOMS IN A PAN AND STIR IN SOUP TILL IT BUBBLES
    6. POUR OVER CHICKEN AND RICE
    7. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES
