- 1 LEMON
- 2 ORANGES
- SUGAR (1 1/2 CUPS TO 1 CUP FRUIT)
- JUICE OF LEMON
Instructions
- PUT THE LEMON, ORANGES AND GRAPEFRUIT THROUGH FOOD CHOPPER
- MEASURE OUT 2 CUPS WATER TO EACH CUP OF FRUIT AND JUICES
- BOIL 30 MINUTES, LET STAND UNTIL THE NEXT DAY
- MEASURE THE FRUIT AND ADD 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR TO EACH CUP OF FRUIT
- ADD THE JUICE OF 1 LEMON
- BOIL FOR 20 MINUTES OF UNTIL IT JELLIES
- SEAL HOT
