- FOUR THICK PORK CHOPS
- SAGE DRESSING
- 8 OZ FRESH MUSHROOMS
- 1-2 CANS MUSHROOM SOUP
Instructions
- BUTTERFLY THE PORK CHOPS AND STUFF WITH THE SAGE DRESSING
- BROWN IN OVEN FOR 1 HOUR
- SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS IN A FRY PAN
- PLACE CHOPS ON TOP OF MUSHROOMS
- COVER WITH 1 OR 2 CANS OF MUSHROOM SOUP
- SIMMER TILL DONE
