    • FOUR THICK PORK CHOPS
    • SAGE DRESSING
    • 8 OZ FRESH MUSHROOMS
    • 1-2 CANS MUSHROOM SOUP


    Instructions


    1. BUTTERFLY THE PORK CHOPS AND STUFF WITH THE SAGE DRESSING
    2. BROWN IN OVEN FOR 1 HOUR
    3. SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS IN A FRY PAN
    4. PLACE CHOPS ON TOP OF MUSHROOMS
    5. COVER WITH 1 OR 2 CANS OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    6. SIMMER TILL DONE
