    • 1 CUP MILK
    • 1 EGG


    Instructions


    1. SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL

    2. BEAT EGGS UNTIL FOAMY

    3. POUR LIQUID FAT IN DRY INGREDIENTS

    4. POUR IN EGG AND MILK

    5. STIR UNTIL MIXTURE IS PEBBLY

    6. WORK QUICKLY AND AVOID STIRRING

    7. BAKE AT 40O DEGREES IN MUFFIN TINS LINED WITH PARCHMENT MUFFIN CUPS FOR 20 MINUTES
