Eggs: Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Eggs

Recipe Introduction

Good flavor and easy to make. We put a little paprika and minced chives or dill on top for extra flavor.

List of Ingredients

6 hard cooked eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 slices bacon, crisp cooked, crumbled
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt



Recipe

Mash egg yolks and stir with bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Fill egg white halves. Top with crumbled bacon.
