    Meat Roll-Ups: Ham-Olive-Cheese Pinwheels

    List of Ingredients

    3 ounces softened cream cheese
    1 tablespoon steak sauce
    1 tablespoon shredded onion
    6 slices cooked ham, 1/8" thick
    30 stuffed green olives

    Recipe

    Blend softened cheese, steak sauce and onion. Spread on ham slices. Arrange olives end to end near edge of each ham slice. Roll, jelly roll fashion. Cut into 6 slices. Chill; serve on cocktail picks. Makes 36.
