    Veggies: Herb Stuffed Tomatoes

    List of Ingredients

    15 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
    1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh chervil (1/4 tsp dry)
    1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh dillweed (1/8 tsp dry)
    1/8 tablespoon lemon pepper

    Recipe

    Cut thin slice off bottom of each tomato. Scoop out pulp with small spoon, discarding pulp. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; stuff tomatoes with mixture. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serves 5
