Eggs: Mexican Deviled Eggs

List of Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise (more if needed)
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash garlic powder
Recipe
Slice the eggs in half lenghtwise. Remove yolks, being careful not to rip the whites. In a small bowl, mash the yolks with the rest of the ingredients. Evenly fill the egg whites. If serving later, remember to keep chilled.
