    Fish/Seafood: Smoked Salmon Appetizer

    French bread slices
    creme fraiche (or whipped cream cheese)
    smoked salmon
    dill
    lemon wedges

    Recipe

    Spread the bread pieces (any size you want really) thickly with creme fraiche. Lay a piece of salmon on top, and sprinkle with the dill. Serve with the mini lemon wedges for use just before munching.
