    15 oz Canned navy beans drained,-or pinto beans
    14 oz Canned artichoke hearts -drained
    7 oz Canned artichoke hearts -drained and minced
    2 tb Lemon juice
    2 Cloves garlic pressed
    2 Whole green onion chopped,
    -or minced yellow onion
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Paprika for garnish

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for texture and enhanced flavor.
