Artichoke: Many Cheese Artichoke Dip

8 oz Cream cheese; softened
4 oz Brie and/or blue cheese; softened
1 c Romano cheese
1/2 c Mayonnaise
14 oz Artichoke hearts; drained and chopped
8 oz Waterchestnuts; drained and chopped
3 Cloves garlic; minced
1 Lemon; juice
1 c Rye bread crumbs
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except breadcrumbs, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 11X7 baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot. This may be reheated in a microwave.
