    Artichoke: Artichoke Parmesan Dip (Lowfat)

    List of Ingredients

    6 canned artichoke hearts, chopped and drain
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    2 tablespoons chopped chives
    1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1/4 cup alpine lace fat free Parmesan cheese

    Recipe

    In blender combine sour cream, chives, salt, basil, garlic and Tabasco. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in the chopped artichokes and Parmesan. Transfer to small serving bowl. Cover and chill about 4 hours. Dip will thicken as it chills. Serve with assorted raw veggies. Yield: 2 cup.
