    Bacon: Cheddar Bacon Dip

    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    8 oz. sour cream
    5 green onions, thinly sliced
    4 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    16 oz. taco sauce
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    Tortilla Chips

    Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread on a large dinner plate or platter. Combine onions, tomatoes and green peppers and spread over cream cheese layer. Pour taco sauce over veggies. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon bits. Serve with tortilla chips.
