    Arrowhead Mills "Variety Bean Recipes" tri-fold

    List of Ingredients




    3 c Cooked AM Kidney Beans (1-1/2 cups dried)
    1 Onion chopped
    8 oz Cream cheese OR...
    1 c Creamy tofu
    1/2 c Mild picante sauce
    2 tb Tamari sauce (optional)
    1 tb Chili powder
    1/2 c Green enchilada sauce
    1 t Garlic powder

    Recipe



    Blend (in blender or food processor) all ingredients. Serve with fresh vegetable pieces or tortilla chips.
