Bean: Bean & Garlic Dip

2 cups pinto beans (cooked or canned)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons ground red chile
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
Recipe
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 2 cups of dip.
