    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
    -- (about 1 medium)
    3/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell
    pepper (about 1 medium)
    1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh or
    2 teaspoons dried basil
    4 drops red pepper sauce
    1/2 package Neufchatel -- (8-ounce size)
    cheese

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Serve with Spicy Tortilla Chips or cracker if desired. Makes about 2 cups.
