Hummus: Black Bean Hummus

List of Ingredients
4 cups black beans, drained
1 cup tahini
3/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup garlic, minced
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
Recipe
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix with a wire whisk until smooth. Place in 2 plastic containers and refrigerate. Yield: 6 servings Serve with pita breads, tortilla chips or sliced baguette.
