2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup extra firm silken tofu, drained (4 oz)
1/4 cup blue cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or to taste
Recipe
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to enable flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or pita bread.
