1 clove garlic, peeled
6 ounces cashews
8 ounces softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons whipping cream
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Process garlic and cashews in a food processor until smooth. Stir in cream cheese, cream, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper; blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours; serve at room temperature. Makes 1 cup.
