Cheese Ball: Beef & Horseradish Cheese Ball

2-8 ounce packages cream cheese
1/4 lb. dried beef, finely chopped
2-4 tablespoons horseradish
Recipe
Allow cream cheese to soften. Blend all ingredients well. Form into a ball and refrigerate for at least several hours.
